Processing time
Every order is prepared fresh once it comes in, we don’t sit on pre-packed inventory, we source and pack each kit to order. Orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday.
Shipping
We ship via USPS within the U.S. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7business days after your order ships. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Returns
Not the right fit? You can return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us at [[email protected]] with your order number and we’ll walk you through it.
Because our kits are personal-care products, opened or used items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons but if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
